Check-in hours are every day from 3 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Extra fee of 20 euro charged for check-in from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Extra fee of 40 euro charged for all check-in after 10:00 p.m.
Check-out is before 11 a.m.
Please Note: Since we do not have 24-hour reception at Palazzo Uguccioni, it is very important that you inform us of your exact arrival time. It is best to email us a few days before your arrival to fix a check-in appointment. If your arrival plans are flexible or change at the last minute, please give us updates from the road - by e-mail (palazzouguccioni.checkin@gmail.com), SMS or telephone (tel. 39 333 4765330). For example, it is best to give us an update when you land at the airport or arrive at the train station. At the designated time, we will meet your party at the main door of Palazzo Uguccioni (Piazza della Signoria, 7) to get you settled in to your apartment.
Concierge
Palazzo Uguccioni's apartments are "self-catering", and we do not have on-site reception or concierge services. However, we are always steps away if you find you need something during your stay. We can also offer you recommendations about everything from restaurants and museums, to tour guides and day trips. Please just ask!
Housekeeping
As "self-catering" apartments, Palazzo Uguccioni does not include daily cleaning or linen change, nor can we offer housekeeping of any kind. However, should you require additional cleaning services during your stay, we can recommend a trusted housekeeper.
