La Tranquilla

In addition to our apartments in Palazzo Uguccioni, we can also offer you our "La Tranquilla" apartment. This beautiful fully furnished and bright apartment is located inside one of Florence's historic buildings, Palazzo Tanagli, on Borgo degli Albizi, a narrow cobble stoned street which is home to many traditional craft shops and typical food stores. The building has a breathtaking entry courtyard, complete with fountain and frescos. From the courtyard, the apartment is then accessed by elevator or one flight of stairs.

La Tranquilla has a comfortable living room complete with satellite TV, ADSL internet connection and double sofa bed (140 cm wide), as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two lovely, bright colored bedrooms (one upstairs and one down) each with a queen size bed (160 cm wide), and one new and spacious bathroom with shower. Off the living area is a private terrace, a perfect place to enjoy sitting under the Tuscan sun.

This apartment has been furnished with all the comforts of home to make your stay in Florence as enjoyable as possible. Although the apartment is updated with modern amenities, it also retains many original features such as wooden paneled ceilings and traditional Italian terracotta floors.
